Your mission
- As the leader of our Global PR Team, you are the first point of contact at YT for media inquiries and the interface to journalists, trade media and the press worldwide.
- You are responsible for building and maintaining our network and work closely with the whole PR team to manage external communications in our markets.
- You develop and execute the paid media strategy as well as the product seeding strategy.
- You continue to evolve the brand communication and PR strategy of YT Industries.
- You analyse our global PR activation based on KPIs, own the budget and streamline the communication based on our brand strategy.
- You support and advise the departments on PR-specific issues for internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- A degree in Marketing and/or Communication or similar education
- At least 3-5 years of industry or publishing experience
- In-depth knowledge of everything related to MTB, MTB specific components, technology, new developments, and trends
- Deep understanding of the YT brand philosophy and the way of “living uncaged” is absolutely crucial
- Mechanical skills are a plus
- Understanding of competitor landscape
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze market data and conducting consumer and media research
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Fluent in English and German, any other language will help you during coffee break in our international team
