- The serial number of your “FOX DHX2 Performance Elite” (2021) shock has the form of “123456 – 1234 – T” and can be found on the rear of the shock body near the port of the silver piston rod (https://www.ridefox.com/img/service/register-2021-serialnumber.jpg).
- As soon as we receive this information from you we will send you a new “FOX DHX2 Performance Elite” shock including all accessories.
- You will also receive via e-mail a link to the video instructions for the replacement.
- You can check the arrival of your new shock via delivery tracking and you will be able to install it to replace the old shock following the video instructions.
- You’ll return the replaced shock to us in the reusable box with the help of the return label.
- If you turned to a bike shop for the replacement, please obtain a receipt for the work done in your name with date, price, and a brief service description – then send it to us via e-mail together with your bank details.
- We will reimburse your incurred expenses via bank transfer to your account up to the amount of 25 EUR / 20 GBP / 25 USD./ 35 AUD / 40 NZD

You can return an order as long as you've contacted us within 14 days after receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us unused and in their original packaging.
For orders under $100, the customer will need to pay for the return shipping. We are unable to accept unpaid return mail.

At the moment we do not offer frame kits.
Since our bikes are assembled and packaged before being assigned to a customer, a specification change is unfortunately not possible.

All our bikes are shipped in our specially designed YT BikeBox (dimensions: 52" x 32" x 12.5", est weight 16lbs).
Our bikes arrive 95% assembled, but are 100% set up for you. All you have to do is mount the handlebars and deraillieur, put the wheels and pedals on, set the suspension and off you go! It's that easy!

When do I receive your bank details?

Which reference should I provide with the bank transfer?
In order to ensure quick and precise service, we need the order number and your full name to be referenced in the bank transfer.

We do not have multiple warranties at YT USA. It is only the 5 year manufacturers warranty for original purchaser.
Any modifications to the frame render the guarantee null and void.
The 5 year warranty only applies to the original owner.
The warranties on third party components are per the respective manufactuer. Please contact YT USA for further instruction on how to contact the manufacturer of the component.
The guarantee does not cover wear parts like axles, bearings including seals and lubricants (ball bearings / angular contact bearings/needle bearings, etc), plain bearings, suspension bushings, and seals, drive train components (chain, sprockets, chainring, freehub), brake pads and shifting cables.
YT INDUSTRIES offers a 5 year warranty against manufacturer defects on the frame from the date of purchase. Third party parts are warrantied through their respective manufacturer. Please refer to our terms and conditions for additional information.
