We are looking for a Sales planning & process specialist who will play an essential role in delivering YT’s stated goal to become the biggest mountain bike brand in the world. Reporting directly to the Sales Process & Planning Manager, this role is responsible for the marketing bike fleet, the Insider Sale and upcoming Sales projects and will be part of an amazing global team.

The main deliverable for the Sales planning & process specialist is to coordinate the European YT bike fleet for customers attending our Rolling Circus traveling bike demo events, for the most influential mountainbike media, and for our world class athletes. Additional to this, the role will support other areas such as our Mills and our team in the UK with their bike fleet orders. The Sales Planning & process specialist knows all the parts of a mountainbike, ensures we have spare parts, and makes sure the fleet is always in the best possible shape. The Sales Planning & process specialist is responsible for every step in the marketing bike lifecycle, from ordering the complete bikes, coordinating the fleet’s on-going maintenance with the workshop to ensure our customers can ride them in top condition, and finally to sell them via our Insider Sale. Additional to this, the Sales planning & process specialist will work on upcoming sales projects and will travel with the Rolling Circus to amazing places to deliver #goodtimes to our customers.
